My goal this year is to connect with all diverse learners and build a student to teacher relationship. Being prepared, having high expectations, involving parents, and making my students feel welcomed is a great way to establish a nurturing environment. Students need to feel safe and respected so they can have positive learning experience and succeed in an academic setting.
